Rental Terms &
Conditions

  • Rates are calculated on a daily basis from car pickup to car return.
  • Renters must hold a valid EU or International Driving License.
  • Driver must be 21+ years old.
  • In case of cancellation, a 6 day prior notice is required
  • Cars will be returned at the same fuel level as on pick-up.
  • Smoking in the car is prohibited

Insurance

  • Vehicles are rented for use on public asphalted roads only.
  • An insurance covers strictly driving accidents and engine malfunctions only.
  • No insurance covers damages or accidents caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • No insurance covers damages underneath of the car, the wheels & tyres as a result of a negligent driving, off-road driving or driving on the beach
  • No insurance covers damages caused by the renters in the interior of the car.
  • No insurance covers lost car keys or keys damaged due to a fall in the sea.
  • No insurance covers traffic police fines.
  • All rentals include Third party liability insurance and CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) with an excess.
  • Full insurance (FDW), with zero excess and no credit card guarantee, is available at an extra cost per rental-day.
